I have been a teacher for 11 years and a principal for 7 years.
My job has always been to teach and provide the best possible education to students.
As a parent, I have had to think about the children, but also to provide the support they need to learn.
For me, the most important thing is to ensure that students get the right education.
I also want them to feel comfortable learning, and to have fun and enjoy it.
To this end, I focus on creating an environment where students feel comfortable, safe and at ease.
We teach them to think critically, to think through problems and to be willing to be creative.
We help them to create solutions.
We listen to their needs, and we listen to our students.
When I see students at the start of a new school year, I always ask them, “Do you think you can get this education, or do you need some extra support?”
I know that my students know that I do not want them suffering and that I will do everything in my power to help them succeed.
I have always done my best to be a positive and positive teacher.
I try to make every student feel good and be confident in their work.
This is something I try my best in every classroom.
However, the work I do at home and in my home life has always brought me to tears.
I remember when I was in the middle of the flu season in my classroom, when I had to close the doors.
I was not able to attend class and I cried.
This was my first time to see my children and I had never seen them cry before.
I am sure it was hard for me.
But, at the end of the day, it was the same thing I felt.
I cried because of the stress I was under.
I realized that it was not right to give up the work that I am doing.
I feel like this is the way life should be.
I know how hard it is for teachers in many countries to find a job.
The unemployment rate in the United States is now over 10%, and in France it is over 10%.
For many of us, there is not enough work to do.
I believe that I can do it.
In the future, I want to be in a position where I can make a difference in the lives of the students in my class.
I do have a very simple answer to this question.
If I am able to help one child, I will always try to help another child.
I will help them grow and become more confident.
As we start to see a change in the country’s attitude towards teaching and education, I am confident that we can have a positive future.
This year, my classroom has a new principal.
We have more resources, a new schedule and we have more support from the school district.
The school is now running on the same time schedule that we did in 2016.
This means that we are able to teach the same lessons and the same way each day.
This has created a much better atmosphere for students.
Teachers are able get more time to focus on their work, and there are more opportunities to make connections and improve students’ understanding.
The teachers’ union has supported me in every way possible.
The union supports me and my team, so I am grateful for all the support that they have shown me.
The best part is that they know that if we do our job well, the teachers’ work will continue to improve.
In my work as a teacher, I see what is possible.
I see that we have to work as hard as we can, and that this is something that we cannot afford to give away.
I thank my parents for giving me the opportunity to teach in such a challenging and rewarding environment.
I want them all to see that they are not alone and that their efforts are paying off.
I would like to thank my teachers and staff for helping me get through these difficult times.
I hope that this year’s results will inspire other teachers to continue to do their best.
